2. Requesting a Refund:

In your refund request, please provide your name, contact information, proof of course completion, copies of all completed resources, and a brief explanation of why you were not pleased with the course. Course completion is determined by Kajabi's progress metrics
Resource completion is represented by calculations completed for at least one service suite in the profit projections, as well as the completion of the Unique Value Proposition and Sales Pitch worksheets. 

The evaluation of both course and resource completion is subject to the Tique HQ team's approval. 

3. Evaluation Process:
Once we receive your refund request, our team will evaluate your case within 7 business days. We may reach out to you for further clarification or feedback during the evaluation process.

4. Refund Disbursement:
