WHAT IS THE PROJECT TIMELINE?
Our Client Communication Templates are implemented within 5 business days of your assigned start date, provided you've completed the necessary questionnaire, contract, and payment. Once your proposal, invoice, and signed contract are submitted, our Project Manager will provide you with a detailed timeline, including key due dates, in your onboarding email!
what is the payment schedule?
To secure your start date, full payment is required upfront and is non-refundable. We understand that working with a professional workflow strategist is an investment. If you have any questions about the process of inclusions, please reach out to our Project Manager, Angela, at operations@tiquehq.com before submitting your application.
do you only implement in traveljoy or tern?
At this time, yes, because we are the most familiar with the TravelJoy and Tern softwares and all of their functionality.
DO I PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON DESIGN ELEMENTS LIKE EMAIL GRAPHICS?
Our Branded Implementation package provides you with customized header graphics that align with your company's brand kit. However, the Basic Implementation package does not and you will be provided with a link to header templates to create your own.
WHEN CAN I START MY PROJECT?
Once we receive your application, we will confirm that you've purchased all necessary templates for the desired implementation. If any templates are missing, we will ask you to secure them before we can begin. You will receive an invoice, contract, and questionnaire to complete. A start date will be assigned once these are completed, and the project will be completed within 5 days of that start date. Please note that if you request more than one workflow implementation, the timeline may be extended based on business needs.
WHAT if I decide to change my crm after implementation?
We get it...the scope of technology is constantly changing in the travel industry. Should you decide to change CRMs, we recommend reaching out to us at operations@tiquehq.com and we will provide you with a link to apply for another implementation. Due to the time required for each implementation, we are unable to offer a discount or complimentary implementation in another software system.
