Our Process

While these brand kits are semi-custom, no two end up the same. This is why we begin each semi-custom project with a detailed questionnaire – so we can perfectly tailor the concept to fit your unique style and business.

Choose Your Brand

You'll start by selecting and purchasing your brand concept. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll complete a questionnaire so we can get to know your business and preferences, allowing us to customize the brand to perfectly fit your business. You’ll also create a Pinterest board to share with our design team so we can get a clear idea of the colors and style you love.

book your design day

Next, you’ll book your design day. During this day, you’ll have access to our design team as we customize your brand concept, provide drafts, get your feedback, and finalize your design. Design day communication will take place via Slack where we’ll be able to send real time messages and relay drafts of your designs.

finalize any edits

You’ll receive two rounds of revisions to make sure that all of the design assets are to your liking. Once you sign off on your design, our team will get to work rendering your final files. If you’ve purchased any add ons for your brand, we’ll begin working on those at this stage.

show off your new brand

Within two weeks, your final files and any add ons will be delivered right to your inbox, ready for you to implement on your website, social media, systems, and anywhere else your branding appears. Make sure to tag us when you share your new brand with the world – we love to cheer you on!

Frequently Asked Questions

what is actually customized and included?

We will replace the logo with your business name, your tagline, initials (or submark), colors, and in certain concepts the option to change the weight of the primary font (if inline with the style of this brand, your palette, and your overall business aesthetic). We will also include launch graphics, branded business cards, and links to recommended fonts based on your branding (these will need to be purchased on your own to ensure proper licensing). You'll receive all brand elements in high resolution JPG, PNG and SVG files once you have signed off on all assets. 

what do I need before we get started?

We ask that you have a clear vision for your brand and an understanding of your ideal client or travel niche before we get started. Our Semi-Custom Brand Questionnaire will help you think through these questions! The questionnaire is due 72 hours prior to your project start date.

am I responsible for customizing anything?

No – you'll leave all of the customization to us. By completing your Semi-Custom Brand Questionnaire, we'll have all of the info we need to personalize your brand. Should any of your information need to be edited we will do so during your design day.

HOW MANY ROUNDS OF REVISIONS DO I get?

There will be 2 rounds of revisions for brand assets and 2 rounds for any add-on services included in your package. All edits and revisions must be requested during your design day.

CAN I REQUEST A DIFFERENT FONT?

While you won't be able to switch out any of the fonts, the heading fonts that we have selected for our Semi-Custom brands all allow for some variation. This will ultimately depend on your brand vision & discussed with Amandolin prior to your Design Day.

HOW DOES THE DESIGN DAY WORK?

Once you complete your purchase, you will select an available Design Day on Amandolin's calendar. Please ensure that you are available for immediate feedback during the entire 6 hour duration of your design day! Before your project, we will email you a link to your a private chat channel within Slack. This is where you will be able to message Amandolin directly as you both work through brand edits & tweaks. For the entirety of the design day (or until your two rounds of revisions are complete and the Semi-Custom Brand is customized to your liking) you'll be required to be available on this chat to review drafts and provide feedback.
